Thank you for choosing SABALAN GOODS products. We trust you will be delighted with your purchase. We strive to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition and in a timely manner, however, please read the following terms and conditions should you not be completely satisfied.
This policy applies to all retail orders only.

DELIVERY
If you have not received your order within 10 days of the date of order, please contact us so we can check the delivery status.
SHIPPING
Shipping for International Customers is supplied by DHL Courier. Customers are advised to check with their local authorities with regards to the tax-free threshold for goods purchased for personal use. Where any taxes apply, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Domestic Customers is provided by either J&T Express , Pos Laju , Ninja Van and we offer a flat rate to our customers, excluding rural delivery.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
As we process your order on the next working day, we regrettably cannot accommodate changes made to your order including product, quantity, shipping details etc. Please ensure you check your order carefully before submitting.
PAYMENTS
All transactions will be processed in Ringgit Malaysia using the standard bank exchange rate on the day your credit card is charged.

SABALAN GOODS reserves the right to run promotions and offers for sets periods of time and in specific geographies and not others if it so chooses. Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, resold by the purchaser, or returned for refund or replacement unless the product is faulty. Any decision made by SABALAN GOODS regarding promotions and offers on the sites is full and final.
RETURNS POLICY
We are not obliged to accept returns.So please carefully check your order at the checkout page before submitting as we will not accept returns due to an ordering error, or if you have simply changed your mind.
If you believe you have a case for a genuine exchange or refund request, then please contact us first before sending your order back to us as it may get declined and returned to you.
Exchange or refund requests are only acceptable if the purchase is made from www.sabalangoods.com.my.my. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
